Customer Service

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling every client/dealer contact with Ontario Screen Systems Inc. promptly and with exceptional service. This includes prompt handling of phone, email, social media and chat inquiries, inbound and outbound telephone call handling, in-person product demonstrations, scheduling of appointments, lead screening and closing, order handling, internal inquiries, invoicing and follow up. The Customer Service Representative additionally schedules customer appointments in a timely and geographically efficient manner. The Customer Service Representative is additionally responsible for investigating, documenting and resolving client-related service escalation and issues.

Installation Specialist

The Installation Specialist is responsible for the accurate, safe and aesthetically pleasing installation of all Phantom Screen products sold by Ontario Screen Systems Inc.. This includes the driving to jobsites and performing the installation of Phantom Screens products on client’s doors, windows or other large openings. The Installation Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding professionalism in all situations, as well as completing all installations and services in a consistent and high quality manner. Punctuality and dependability must be demonstrated by all Installation Specialists while maintaining prompt arrivals and completions for scheduled appointments. The Installation Specialist is also responsible for providing measurements, servicing and on-site assessments of client’s screens as required. Additional tasks may be assigned to Installation Specialists by management as required.

Assembler

The Assembler / General Labourer is responsible for assembling, modifying and re-screening door orders. The Assembler also provides assistance to the Shipper/Receiver and Warehouse staff, in the orderly, safe operation of the OSSI Warehouse and the shipping/receiving of goods. The Assembler / General Labourer further provides assistance to installers on multi-unit or large opening jobs as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or Field Operations Manager.
