First and foremost, everyone here at Ontario Screen Systems Inc. shares the feeling of community and we firmly believe we need to be there for one another during this most unprecedented time in our social history. At Phantom, we share everyone’s concerns for those impacted by the novel coronavirus, empathize with the anxieties surrounding the current economic uncertainty, and appreciate those who are caring for the sick. We deeply acknowledge that the world we knew has changed and we are navigating these turbulent waters together as the Phantom family.
As a business that operates by visiting customers' homes, we are particularly aware of the need to protect both homeowners and the public from COVID-19. Each of our team members has formally pledged to follow best practices, such as social distancing and rigorous hygiene, both within and outside our work facility.
We are taking a phased approach to return our staff to the field. At present, we are only scheduling appointments for screens that can be accessed without entering the customer's home. Other installations will be phased in when it is safe to do so. We are continuing to take the guidance of government and health officials to align our business operations with the daily updates being received across our networks.
We remain resolute and committed to creating certainty in these uncertain times with open, honest communications while remaining positive. We will get through this together as a Phantom family.
