Wow, so impressed. Made an appointment to have our 12 year old Phantom Screen serviced and given a window of 9:30-11:30. The pleasant young fellow showed up at 9:30 sharp and was done before 10. Screen door working perfectly again!. Now that's what I call service and a great product!

I write to express my complete satisfaction with Ontario Screens/Phantom Screens. I received a recommendation of Straight up Spaces, Ms C Ross owner, recommending a space saving solution toward ventilating me home. Traditionally one would consider a traditional swing out screen door on an exterior ingress/egress door. She suggested looking into a sliding solution vs a traditional outer screen door and introduced me to a company called Phantom Screens as a solution as a space saving alternative. On her suggested solution and examining her own personal solutions of space saving recommended contacting Phantom Screens. I am very impressed with this company as all the staff I have met via phone or in person are outstanding as a business. NO BOTTS, access to real people, follow-up on questions, free estimate, quotation that includes full service turnkey installation. A special thanks to technician Tyler and his associate (sorry I forgot his name...) for the quick and efficient repair. They were on time (early!), pleasant, professional, and went the extra mile without really needing to by checking our other screen door to make sure it was operating properly (it was).
