Wow, so impressed. Made an appointment to have our 12 year old Phantom Screen serviced and given a window of 9:30-11:30. The pleasant young fellow showed up at 9:30 sharp and was done before 10. Screen door working perfectly again!. Now that's what I call service and a great product!

I write to express my complete satisfaction with Ontario Screens/Phantom Screens. I received a recommendation of Straight up Spaces, Ms C Ross owner, recommending a space saving solution toward ventilating me home. Traditionally one would consider a traditional swing out screen door on an exterior ingress/egress door. She suggested looking into a sliding solution vs a traditional outer screen door and introduced me to a company called Phantom Screens as a solution as a space saving alternative. On her suggested solution and examining her own personal solutions of space saving recommended contacting Phantom Screens. I am very impressed with this company as all the staff I have met via phone or in person are outstanding as a business. NO BOTTS, access to real people, follow-up on questions, free estimate, quotation that includes full service turnkey installation.
