The customer service representative when setting up the appointment was excellent. The technician came to our home to measure our requirements and then followed up quickly with a quote by email. We then booked our screens and only waited 4 weeks. The installation technician booked an appointment date with us a week later. The installer was excellent and efficient. We love our Phantom screen doors. We highly recommend their products.

I am so happy with my Phantom Screens. My experience from the first phone call, to receive a quote, right through to the installation was wonderful. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with.  The best part is the screen. How great is it to be able to have fresh air circulate when I want and not hide my front door by a traditional screen door when I don’t.  I love it!

The 3 sets of Phantom Screens work amazingly well. I feel the technician did an excellent job, he was very professional and diligent in replacing the mesh and aligned all the tracks accordingly. Left me a non greasy spray to be used specifically at least once a month and showed me how to apply it as part of the low maintenance process.

Very professional service over the phone and during installation. Short wait time considering the pandemic. A high quality product!
