I love this company and I love Phantom Screens. I installed on my French door to the deck and it was the best purchase ever. I leave my doors open all the time to let the breeze in the house. I feel like I have another room in my house called the outdoors! Never had a problem with them and so easy to take care of. My cats love them too as they can sit safely inside and take in the outdoors as the same time. Recommend them to anyone who is looking.

Your installer Ken did an awesome job; I was really impressed with him. He is professional, mannerly and knows what he is doing.

The Phantom's representative [has] contacted me and booked us for a service; it would be covered by the warranty, so no cost to us. So now the retractable screen doors have been FIXED! and working beautifully again! The technician told us to spray the track(with the lube that he provided) often and to be cautious when we 'hold' the lever when opening and closing. Overall we are satisfied.

Excellent product and service. [It was] less than a week after contact [when] the door frame was measured, and three weeks later, the door was installed in under an hour. How does it get any better?

Great experience. The install guys are great and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to pick out colors via the computer. When they got here we realized the color did not work but they were able to make the color switch right on site. [We] love our retractable screen.

Two weeks after my initial consultation I had my screen installed. The installation was efficient, the person doing the work was very courteous and professional. So far I am very happy with the product
